Ranch Teams: Hands-on Service, Lasting Impact

Our Ranch Teams are committed groups of volunteers who serve regularly in essential areas of ranch operations. These teams play a critical role in the upkeep and growth of the ranch, ensuring it remains a place of healing, hope, and transformation for all who visit.

  • Building Maintenance & Construction Team – Works on repairs, improvements, and new projects, ensuring our facilities are safe and functional for horses and guests.

In addition to regular service, Ranch Team Volunteers also serve as Project Leaders on Ranch Workdays, helping coordinate one-time volunteers and ensure that projects are completed efficiently.
